I went online and in five minutes ordered exactly what I wanted from Online shoes. [...] Christmas was saved. When they came, they were just what I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised. They are a great quality boot. Warm, comfortable and very in style. My granddaughter wears them every chance she gets. My gift was a huge hit. Love this Ugg! Very Comfortable. I bought the womens chestnut & it's beautiful. I wanted it to use in place of regular slippers here in our North Idaho home to keep my feet & ankles warm. Please note; I wear a size USA 8.5 street shoe so I ordered a size 8 Ugg but probably should have ordered a 7 instead. It was very roomy so I bought some shearling insoles & put them in to take up the slack. Works great now & the insoles provide even more insulation from our very cold tile floors

I have the tall classic sand and I've actually had them for going on 3 years this Christmas and they aren't dirty or anything. I'm so happy when it becomes cold outside because I know it's time to break my uggs out! I've never loved a pair of shoes more than my uggs!"
